6. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, session replay tools, and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, measure traffic and conversions, understand how visitors use the site, improve content and usability, detect abuse, and maintain security.

At the time of this policy update, the site code references Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may collect page view, click, device/browser, approximate location, session behavior, and related identifier data under their own privacy terms.

If the Services include AI-driven features, companion chats, or generated content, your prompts, messages, selections, and related metadata may be processed to provide the feature. We may review logs, samples, or flagged interactions to debug issues, enforce safety policies, investigate abuse, and improve quality.

Some AI features may rely on third-party AI model or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. Where applicable, prompts, chats, related metadata, or safety review data may be processed through those providers to deliver the feature, improve reliability, detect abuse, or maintain safety.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not be relied on as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

As of March 23, 2026, we do not knowingly sell personal data for money and we do not currently use personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising on this website.

However, privacy laws in some jurisdictions may treat certain analytics, advertising, or similar disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising." If our processing activities fall within those legal definitions, we will provide any notices and rights required by applicable law before those activities are enabled.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, the nature of the interaction, legal requirements, and operational needs. When personal data is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it unless retention is required or permitted by law.

12. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmission over the Internet and no storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for using strong device and account security practices and for notifying us promptly if you believe your information has been compromised.
