Do not write two unrelated packing lists. First approve the same destination items, then redesign how they travel. Run two different rehearsals and keep the result
For the car version, load the actual vehicle according to its manual, confirm visibility and closures, make a short ordinary movement test, stop safely and inspect whether anything shifted. Rehearse retrieving the cabin module without unloading everything. For public transport, walk with all pieces, pass a narrow doorway, lift only to the real required height, sit with the access bag controlled, and transfer between two marked points without setting a bag outside your awareness. Stop any unstable action. Photograph or sketch the approved placement, record packed dimensions and count every piece. On return, compare the result: the better design is the one with fewer failed handoffs, not the one that carried the most.
